Who we are

Pet Friendly Flights is a service of Charter-A Ltd (company number 7668809), Hangar One, London Redhill Aerodrome, Kingsmill Lane, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 5JY. We are the controller of the personal data you send through this site.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the trip details and your pet's details. We use them only to answer your enquiry, to arrange and operate a flight if you book, and to meet our legal duties. If you use our phone line, we may note the details of your call.

Who sees it

Your enquiry goes to the Charter-A operations team. If you book, the details needed to operate the flight are shared with the air carrier, handling agents and airports involved. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to two years so we can answer follow-up questions. Booking records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to its use, by emailing info@charter-a.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site uses no advertising cookies. We may measure how pages are used in aggregate, without identifying you.
