The short answer
The price is for the whole aircraft, not per dog. On flights we have arranged, a two-hour hop to Spain or France on a light jet cost around £12,000 to £13,000, a return to Nice for four people and a dog £22,500, and a 4.5-hour flight to Cyprus on a midsize jet with a 44 kg dog £31,150.
Owners often expect a per-pet fee, as an airline charges. A private flight works differently: you hire the aircraft for the journey, and your dog travels in the cabin as one of the people on board. These are real flights from our own bookings, anonymised and rounded.

What the price covers
- The aircraft, the crew and the fuel
- Landing, handling and airport charges for the flight
- Planning the arrival airport and the checks your route needs
- A fully inclusive figure, quoted before you commit
What is not in the price
- Your vet's fees for the microchip, vaccinations and health certificate
- Any government fee for the certificate or entry, where there is one
- Ground transport at either end, which we can arrange at cost
- Your own travel insurance
Why the dog does not change the price
Because the whole aircraft is hired, a bigger or heavier dog does not add a fee. What it can change is the aircraft: a large dog needs a cabin with room to settle, and that may mean a midsize jet rather than the smallest light jet. Tell us the breed and weight and we choose accordingly.
VAT
A flight that lands in another country, such as Spain or France, is zero-rated for UK VAT. A flight between two UK airports on a smaller aircraft carries VAT at 20%, shown separately in your quote.
If the weather stops the flight
If the flight is cancelled because of the weather, you pay nothing.

Quick questions
Is there a fee per pet?
No. The price is for the aircraft and the route. Your vet's fees and any government certificate fees are separate.
Does a bigger dog cost more?
Not directly. A very large dog may need a bigger aircraft, which costs more, so we choose the aircraft from the dog's weight and breed.
